Here’s our handy little guide to what you can expect in terms of the booking process and the services we offer here at Boutique Marquees.
Whether you call, email or get in touch via our website, your initial enquiry will come through to our dedicated Events team, who will get to work on putting together a tailored quotation for you. If you’re not too sure what you need at this stage, or if you don’t have any fixed plans or even a set date, fear not as we will work with you and guide you through the early stages of planning your marquee wedding.
Once in receipt of your quote and the associated information, we will give you some time to read through and consider everything. With our sample floor plans, you will be able to better visualise how your marquee could look and the space available. It’s also a time to have a browse through our brochures to see exactly what we offer and how we can help create a fantastic venue space for you.
Phone or video consultation
We appreciate the process of gathering quotes and planning a marquee wedding reception might be a little daunting, which is why we like to have a chat with you at this stage. One of our Events team will invite you to have a phone or video consultation to really build a picture of what you envisage for your marquee wedding reception and how we can help you make that a reality.
Following your phone or video consultation, we will schedule a site visit to assess the suitability of your chosen venue and discuss where you would like the marquee to be set up. At this stage, we will very much focus on the practicalities of having an outdoor event. We will make recommendations based on our experience and work with you to ensure your event is the best it can be.
From your initial enquiry right through to after your event, we are here to support you. We can offer help on all aspects of your event, from recommending suppliers to delivering heaters at short notice based on the predicted weather! Our ethos of nothing is too much trouble means we will go the extra mile to ensure your event exceeds your own expectations.
On the day of set up, our experienced crew will arrive on site ready to start setting up your marquee based on the plans from the site visit. They will work as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible to enable you to start putting all the finishing touches together!
Day of your event
We offer a ‘crew on-site’ service if you feel you would like to have a little additional logistical support from our team on the day of your event. A member of our crew will be on hand to carry out tasks such as ensuring the comfort of your guests in the marquee (removing/rolling up side walls in good weather), adjusting lighting, and ensuring heaters and generators are running smoothly.
On the day of take down, our efficient crew will take down and remove all of our equipment, leaving you with a clear and tidy site, leaving you to enjoy your honeymoon and begin your married life together!
